What is Mukhyamantri Jai Bhim Yojana?
Delhi government helps in coaching the children of Dalit, SC-ST, OBC and EWS category under the Mukhyamantri Jai Bhim Yojana. In this scheme, the government used to bear the expenses of coaching the meritorious children from private coaching centers for the preparation of medical, engineering and other competitive examinations. Also, Rs 2500 per month was given to the students. Now the government will give it again.

Many state governments and educational institutes in India provide free coaching for competitive exams to those students who come from economically weaker sections or lack resources. Delhi Government- Delhi Government has started many schemes, in which free coaching is given to the students of Delhi for UPSC and other competitive examinations. The objective of this scheme is to help economically weaker students prepare for civil services examinations. Under this program run by the Planning Commission of the Central Government, students from economically weaker sections are given free coaching for the preparation of competitive examinations.

- Government of Tamil Nadu- The All India Civil Services Coaching Center of the Government of Tamil Nadu is located in Chennai and provides free coaching for the preparation of civil services examinations.
- Government of Karnataka- Samudyadatta Shiksha Yojana of the Government of Karnataka provides free coaching for civil services examinations especially to the Scheduled Caste and Tribe students.
- Government of Telangana- Telangana Study Circle organizes free coaching classes for various competitive exams. This scheme is beneficial for the students of Telangana state.
